A new shop, Plum, opened up this spring in Shepherdstown and was just recently featured in WV Weddings magazine and on their blog. Cari has very pretty, modern jewelry - much of which can be customized to suit your needs and occasion. She is also offering jewelry classes - I have learned how to make drop earrings and in September she had a beaded bracelet class.
